We aim to deliver within 3 business days of ordering. Most orders placed before 12pm on a business day will be shipped the same day, subject to stock availability. Delivery timescales are a guide only and not a guarantee.
Some larger items are sent via specialist couriers and may not include tracking or timed delivery. Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.
Pricing for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, outlying Islands, and other non-mainland UK postcodes is calculated at checkout.
Heavy items are delivered via pallet network and will be left as close to your door as possible. You will be contacted to confirm a delivery date before dispatch, so please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading.
